Our dentists have completed years of postgraduate training, and our nurses hold extra qualifications too. We train together regularly so you always benefit from the latest dentistry. Please ask us anything, however small.

Harjinder “Jin” Singh
Principal DentistBDS (Newcastle), Diploma in Implant Dentistry (Gothenburg)
Jin qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 1990, joined St Michael’s in 1991 and became Principal Dentist in 2006. His postgraduate training includes a Certificate in Cosmetic Dentistry, an 18-month implant course at Sheffield Dental Hospital and a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the University of Gothenburg. His special interests are facial, cosmetic and implant dentistry.

DentistBDS (Newcastle), BSc Biology (Newcastle)
Dave graduated from Newcastle Dental Hospital in 2014 with a merit in clinical dentistry, after first completing a degree in Biology. Patients appreciate his friendly manner and the way he helps them relax.

Kathryn Anderson
DentistBDS (Sheffield)
Kathryn qualified from Sheffield Dental School in 2013 and joined St Michael’s in 2017. She offers Quick Straight Teeth braces for mild to moderate crowding, and is trained in facial aesthetics with a particular interest in lip augmentation.
